Sundry school projects

The girls made a few Christmas light cards with fingerprints - turned out cute.
They had me draw the curly strands, then they added the lightbulbs, houses and wrote inside.

Big Sis put together her storyboard booklet to go with her hair donation. Her "before" and "after" pages had front and back photos, then she tied the booklet together with yarn and added in her hair.
Here's a closer look at that hair!

We're super proud of Lil Sis! All year, she's been working on writing her ABC's. She has two dry erase books (one for upper and one for lowercase), that she practices on. Then she "passes off" a letter by writing it on her ABC sheets - and she gets a sticker when she passes it off. The week before Christmas, she finished the alphabet. It was a big task for her, and we're proud of her for sticking with it!

We used a lot of Playdough last week. Partially because we're trying to prep our little guy for Nursery. He eats EVERYTHING - so I'm nervous about sending him to Nursery  - where there are 11 tots and one regular teacher. We got it out almost every day of the week ... he loves it, and is still eating it.

Both Big and Lil Sis used the Playdough for math problems ... any maniuplative works magic for math!
