We ventured through four states (and back) in four days on Avery's first big road trip. She did great. In fact, after it was all over and we pulled in front of the house she started to cry asking for, "More road trip!"
Here are some pictures in chronological order: Multnomah Falls, OR., Devil’s Slide, UT. (sadly, we just missed seeing the devil go down the slide) and the buffalo in Evanston, WY. I’m very upset we didn’t get pictures in Idaho at the Norske’s – they let us eat their food, sleep at their house and play with their toys … Bon even gave me a haircut! Thanks, friends!

Oh, and in some of the pics we're wearng our road trip hats. Avery helped decorate them. They were supposed to be "happy hats" to put on when we felt sad; luckily, they ended up being just fun hats b/c everyone was generally happy!

Dang! Your grandma amazes me. She hasn't changed a bit (still pretty old.) What a fun life she has had to see her great grandchildren. Thats cool. You are Avery are so stinkin' adorable. Stop it already. I love and miss you! Tiff

I am very sad as well that we didn't get any pics of the chitlens together. I guess it is a good excuse to get together again soon!! It was fun having you guys slumber at our place :)
