GMa hosted a springy Easter type party for all the grandchildren and some extra special guests too!
We started by reading, "Make Way for Ducklings" and then made some coconut and white chocolate duck nests with malt ball eggs.
Here are a few finished products.
Then we headed outside to make pinecone birdfeeders for GMa's many feathered friends.
A sprinkler container to shake on birdseed - isn't that genius?
Here's Sara helping hang the pinecones around GPa and GMa's tree.
Ta-Da!
GPa stopped by right in time for lunch!
GMa had made everyone's lunches in an Easter basket - filled with goodies.
Oh and there were plastic eggs to hunt - Max found one!
She even made baskets of presents: Beanie Baby ducks and chocolate ducks too!
They were excited! All the boys got Mr. Mallard and the ladies got the yellow quacker.
Thanks, GMa! I know this event took serious planning and energy - we loved it!
