On our second day of school, Sara and I took the kiddos to the zoo. Who can pass up the gorgeous weather and active animals?! Plus, most of the 'big kids' are in public school, so we had the animals' attention!
We saw these two black bears play/fight for several rounds! I had only seen images like that on tv - never live. Pretty cool!
We spent 2.5 hrs in the Pacific Northwest section, soaking up details about our world.
Check out this beaver. He'd get a good breath of air, dive underwater and swim right towards our crew. As they tried to frantically touch the glass, he would too! The giggles from E! and the excitement from the girls was super cute.
