We finished off our insect unit by learning lifecycles of different insects. There are a ton of well-done, educational and quick videos for a variety of insect lifecycles out there. The Internet is awesome. Anyway, I saw this noodle idea on Pinterest - and knew the girls would have a blast. We had a few other ideas, but never got to them ... maybe in the spring when we order our live butterflies!
