A major bonus of the roadtrip was stopping at the MacD's for a sleepover - each way! The girls are instant friends - planning dance routines, jumping in the leaves and munchin' on Red Robin together.
Plus, the adults enjoyed themselves too ... a little "bubbly," a late night hot tub dip, and the mamas staying up chatting way past bed time (I do believe Alex was snoring in my lap!).
Ah, how we adore the MacDs!
