Faith-filled women link 5 generations

The top 5 generation photo was taken in 1980; I'm the babe in my mom's lap.
The bottom 5 generation photo was taken in 2005; I've got the babe in my lap. :)

The women in my family have impacted me more than words can express - but being the writer I am, I attempted to capture a particle of my feelings towards them in an article entitled, "Faith-filled women link 5 generations."

MormonWomen.org published the article today; you can read it here: http://mormonwoman.org/?p=8347

Though I originally wrote this for my personal history (and Personal Progress project), it turned into a Christmas present to my grandma and mom, and now it’s being distributed to a wider audience. What began as simply stringing together a few attributes and memories about each woman, ended up opening my understanding of how we influence others simply by how we live our lives and who we choose to become. It also helped me better comprehend our eternal connection. Just like the teacher usually learns more than his/her students, I’m sure the writer learned more than the readers will … but feel free to read it anyway.

now, that's just not right! women aren't supposed to get MORE beautiful with age!! my goodness.

I love hearing how a special trait has even been passed to the up and coming generation.
