On Saturday I turned 30 ... and I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my third child! :) The girls woke up excited for Mom's b-day - they went downstairs and hid presents and decorated the living room. Then, we headed out for a jam-packed day. First, we stopped by a farm and picked out a hanging flower basket for the front door (a real treat for me - every year I want one!).
We had brunch at a French bistro/bakery called La Provence - it was delicious, the atmosphere was quaint and fun, the girls were on their best behavior and we even had a really French waiter. We'll be going back there again some day!
Then they dropped me off to get my hair done. (Decided to document that part in the bathroom ... hee hee.) Alex got the girls a nap, packed up some stuff for later, then ran the girls over to my parents' house so that we could go to ...
Cirque du Soleil's Kooza!! My parents got us AWESOME tickets to the big top show! It was -WOW - amazing!
After the show, we went back to my parents' casa for a family party - and my sweet relatives from Washington drove all the way down for dinner and cookie! It meant so much to me to have them come all that way!! The night went by sooooo fast!
Thanks, everyone, for your b-day wishes, friendship, love, support, hugs, etc!(and no, I didn't get all 30 candles out in one try .... and that cookie was HOT due to all that flame!)

Magical hair too! so cute! I'm envious of how pregnant you are and still not looking pregnant, ya know? it just looks like you are pretending by putting a pillow under your shirt cause nothing else looks pregnant.
Don't laugh, cause this is really what I thought...your family picture at your party looks like some designer jeans commercial with all these beautiful people wearing jeans together and happy. Look again at it. doesn't it?

You are a good poster. So many fun pics, and you keep us current. Looks like your bday was a real smash! You hair is super cute. I can't believe how long it was. and D is right.. Looking at the breakfast pic you can't even tell there is a baby hiding under the table!
