The whirlwind hasn't stopped since she was born! Luckily, Alex had a two weeks paternity leave. It made all the difference in the transition to two! Today's Day Two for both of us to be "back on the job" - and (knocking on wood) it's going well so far.
Our newby had her two-week doctor's appointment this week. She's already up to 8 lbs. 1 oz.!!! Wow! The doctor suggested I put her on a feeding schedule and get her to take a binki ... lol. Guess I'm a bit more relaxed with her than I was with Avery (flashback to the feeding chart Alex had made on Excel two years ago).
I couldn't find pics of Big Sis at two weeks old, so we'll have to do the comparing pics a little later. 'Til then, here are the two of them snuggling on a blanket - hopefully, cuter sister pics will come in the future.

What sweet pics of your beautiful girls! I do remember your spreadsheet and the little contraption you brought with you on the Vegas trip so you could take note of the temperature in the room and minutes per feedings :)
She is a beauty. Hope you are enjoying your girls.
I still can't get enough of that hair!!! It is so black, and so much that even Trenton is jealous. She is cute as ever. And... 8 lbs! Keep up the good work!
After reading Bonnie note: temperature of the room???? oh, jessica. I say skip the schedule. they are overrated. :)
P.S. I think the sister picture is very cute.
Good luck with the transition to 2! I'm sure it'll get easier as you get used to it. I love Anna's hair! This is going to be such a fun summer for you!
