We went to Evanston to visit Nana yesterday and to see her new place. Her room is larger, cleaner and newer. All of the staff were genuinely friendly and gracious. They even had us stay for a yummy supper. Nan seems happy there and she's looking good as she recovers from her mini-stroke.
Ever the entertainer, Avery enjoyed the new audience. Here she is showing off her eating skills with a graham cracker. Nan really got a kick out of her. They were quite the team.
