As tradition holds, we began the celebration of Christ's birth at the Rognon's house with a yummy feast, then decorated a gingerbread house, had a nativity puppet show (with many more hands for puppets this year than last!) and sang Happy Birthday to Jesus.
In the morning, we all felt spoiled as we opened gifts. The littlest ones were the most fun to watch.

After the gift giving, we headed to the Poe's for a Christmas Day wedding. Before the ceremony began, the men shoveled snow - that's right, we had a White Christmas!

The newlyweds, Jacob and Jesse, looked happy. We took a rare group photo of the whole Poe Clan too! Then, we ate a delicious Christmas feast and played the lively, annual gift exchange game.
The next few days we cherished time with family - Stumphs and Brells came down from Washington for a quick visit and James, Michelle and Jack hung out for a few more days before heading back to school and we played more Wii and watched more movies than we had in a long time. I realize these pics aren't fantastic of everyone (especially the dinner table shot) but they're being put up here to document the event. :)

I love all the christmas pictures!!! What a fun time, and all that family is just making the holidays more eventful. Much love!
Cute Christmas pictures. Looks like it was a lot of fun with family and the snow!
Sorry. James made me promise not to actually say boy or girl yet until we have a better ultrasound because he didn't think it was very accurate. But there's a 50% chance she got it right, ha. :) I think we are still kinda in shock anyways. You can work on James though and see if he gives in.
You guys had a busy Christmas break!!!
