Learning about the surface of the moon, we took a bowl of flour and some balls and ....
created impact craters with our mock meteors!
It was a smash.
Next up: Making the phases of the moon with cookies.
It's kind of hard to see, being vanilla oreo-like cookies and writing in crayon on a paper napkin ... but they understood the concept. :)
