Goofy math games & more

These two are playing Blokus but with a "snug in the bug" style. It works on spacial concepts, puzzles and teamwork.

Big Sis is playing 10, 20, 30.
(Start with a row of seven cards. Then flip over a new card onto the first card - does it make 10, 20 or 30? If so, take it away and you get a point. If not, flip again ... til you bust 30. Repeat for the other six cards.) This is great for figuring out how many you have and how many more you need.

Here's another math game. Big die represent the tens column, and little die represent the ones column. Then add the two, two-digit numbers together.

Both Big and Lil did this worksheet for Valentine's Day. :)

And I have to add this cute card for King Solomon.
We're making cards for key people in the Old Testament, then we string them together (and ours is getting quite long).  Everyone loved learning about King Solomon (especially since one of our Fiddler on the Roof tunes says his name! If you name that tune, you get brownie points from us!).
The front of the cards have pictures drawn and on the back, Big Sis writes about the person.
