With more petals left over, we read "A Day With No Crayons" by Elizabeth Rusch (super cute read and pictures). Then, we pulled out hammers, watercolor paper, parchment paper and our petals.
We talked about how people use the pigment within flower petals for coloring objects.
The girls and I made bookmarks ... we just need to put some ribbon through the holes. E! had a great time too on his larger paper.
