Not sure why this pic refuses to go horizontal ... oh well. We studied Martin Luther King Jr. last week - there are so many fabulous books for children about him. After reading several, we thought up our dreams of how the world could be a better place .... and then we tried to do something to help our dreams come true. So, when Lil Sis suggested that everyone would have enough food, she helped gather a box of food for a local Food Bank. When Big Sis wanted all fighting to stop, we focused on being super happy at home. I hope they felt as inspired by Dr. King's message as I did.
