For Life Skills, G-Ma taught the girls about order, organization and being thrifty. She talked about how much better we feel when things are in order, and how Heavenly Father is a God of order. Then, they spent significant time sorting and organizing their sock/undies drawer. They took small shoe boxes and wrapped them in colorful flowery gift wrap paper, and they decided what should go where. It was quite a process - and completed enthusiastically, I might add.

The finished project looks great! G-Ma even said she'll be coming by to check up on them, opening their drawers to see if they're still neat and tidy. :)
For Friday Field Trip with Friends, we took advantage of the sunshine and headed to Fir Point Farms. It was much more social than educational, and the perfect way to end the week.
We had 5 moms and 15 children there ... here are some of them in the nut house:
