Last weekend, Grandpa Barry passed away. So, this weekend we had an intimate memorial service at my folks' house. I thought I'd post a couple pics from it. Having family together to talk about Barry helped a lot. We'd be laughing at funny memories and his quirks one moment and crying the next. I'm so thankful for families and the fact that they can be together forever.
Also this week, Sara graduated from high school!! My parents, Avery and I went to Washington to see her walk and to celebrate with her. Here's a pic of her, her parents and G.G. and Joe Joe.
Finally, today we're supposed to move. Unfortunately, Avery is sick with a nasty cold and has a severe ear infection. Even though it's exciting to move, we've got a miserable little one who needs extra TLC. I feel bad for her. Well, that's our update. It's been a week we'll remember.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your right about having family close. It makes things a little easier. I hope you're doing well. I will call you soon, good luck with Avery's ears and cold. Yuck!
